Using the Search App's Transcript Status Information
In addition to the Transcript tab and Process app, you can also get information about the transcript status of a master clip or subclip (concrete: the transcript status of the subclip's master clip) in the Search app: show the Ada Transcript Status column and inspect the status icon.
To use the Transcript Status information in the Search app:

Open the Search app.

Click the Display options drop-down menu.

Select the Ada Transcript Status check box.

Click an area outside of the menu to apply your change.
The Ada Transcript Status column is shown in the Results area on the far right.
You might reorder the column by dragging the column header to the left.

Search for master clips or subclips or both of a local Production Management module.

Inspect the information in the Ada Transcript Status column.

The asset has not been transcribed (or attempted to be transcribed).
Pending: The transcribe job is in queue, waiting to be processed.
Running: The transcript creation is in progress.
Paused: The job was paused while it was processing.
Completed: The transcript job completed successfully.
Failed: The transcribe job failed to complete successfully.
Cancelled: The transcribe job was started and actively canceled.
