Removing an Asset from a Folder (Avid Production Management)
You can remove assets from their folders without deleting the actual media or the corresponding media files associated with it. This is different from the Delete operation as performing this action only removes the association of an asset with the folder it is in. In Delete, you can select which associated items from the asset you want to include in the deletion operation.
n With the Remove function, you can only remove assets one at a time. Selecting multiple assets to remove from a folder is not supported.
n You can use the Delete function to remove assets from multiple folders.
